7-Day Returns

If your win arrives broken or doesn't match the listing, you have 7 days from pickup to request a return through your account page.

How it works

1. Open the order in My Account → Orders.
2. Tap "Request return" and tell us what's wrong.
3. Our team reviews; approved returns convert to JaxCredits applied to your next purchase.

What's not eligible

Mystery boxes, truckloads, and items marked "Major Fix" or "As-Is" can't be returned for condition reasons disclosed in the listing.
